Accessibility Statement

Last updated August 16, 2026

Sunset Studio is committed to making this website usable by as many people as possible, including people who use assistive technology like screen readers, people navigating by keyboard alone, and people with low vision or color-vision differences.

Conformance Target

We're designing and building this site to meet WCAG 2.2 Level AA, the widely-used standard published by the W3C's Web Accessibility Initiative (WAI). This is an ongoing target we design and build toward, not a one-time certification, and we don't claim full conformance has been independently verified.

What We've Done So Far

  • Reviewed and corrected color contrast on interactive text, borders, and focus indicators against WCAG's minimum ratios (4.5:1 for text, 3:1 for UI components)
  • A visible, high-contrast focus indicator on every interactive element, reachable by keyboard alone
  • Descriptive alt text on meaningful images; purely decorative images are hidden from assistive technology
  • Semantic landmarks and heading structure (one H1 per page, labeled navigation regions) so the page outline makes sense to a screen reader
  • A "skip to content" link for keyboard users to bypass repeated navigation
  • Motion and animation respect your system's reduced-motion preference

Known Limitations

This has been a manual, targeted review, not a full professional audit. We haven't yet run automated scanning tools across every page, tested with actual screen readers end to end, or verified behavior across every browser and assistive technology combination. If you run into something that doesn't work for you, we want to know, see below.

Reporting an Issue

If you hit a barrier anywhere on this site, please tell us. Email [email protected] with the page URL and what happened, and we'll look into it.
